	With OptiVox, Provena Saint Joseph Medical Center (Joliet, Ill.) reduced hand-off report time for caregivers managing 5-6 patients from 60-90 minutes to 15 minutes. This increased caregiver availability for direct patient care. Patient safety improvements were measured by reduced patient falls at shift change and increased response time to patient call lights
